Peerless Media Ltd., a division of online gaming giant PartyGaming Plc., has agreed to buy many of the assets of World Poker Tour Enterprises, the parent company of the World Poker Tour, for US$12.3 million. A previous bid for the tour was put in by Gamynia Ltd.
